In 1999 Maple Leaf Foods launched its Leadership Academy in partnership with the Richard Ivey School of Business.

The vision of the Academy is to create a unique learning venue - a place where our leaders gather to experience unparalleled learning opportunities and new perspectives about themselves and our business. Our most talented people come to the Academy at key career transition points.
